According to recent statistics, there are over 500 people living in Sudbury who have been diagnosed with Dementia. If you or someone you love are affected, it can be a difficult and frightening time. But there are organisations who can offer help, advice and companionship.

The DECAF cafe takes place at The Bridge Project each Monday from 11am to 3pm. It’s a Dementia-friendly drop-in session, with staff available to offer advice and support.
