Door-to-door Community Transport in and around Sudbury
GoStart is a door-to-door service for pensioners, people with disabilities and anyone else who is isolated due to where they live or their circumstances. They run 5 minibuses within an 8-mile radius of Sudbury, which includes: Great Cornard, Acton, Long Melford, Great Waldingfield, Lavenham, Glemsford and Cavendish.
GoStart can help you go shopping, attend health appointments, visit friends and relatives, access educational facilities, enjoy day trips and get to work.

There is no charge to register.
Bookings: 7 days in advance for Dial-A-Ride, as and when for hospital visits.
Costs are from £3.00 for local journeys (Sudbury) and longer journeys start from 45p per mile.
Getting to your nearest train station or bus stop
Community Transport is available in the Babergh area (which includes Sudbury) and can help you connect to public transport e.g. get to your nearest train station.

Lifts are available between 7am and 7pm.
