A volunteer from Dementia Together now visit Sudbury surgeries each month to give advice on the practical information and support available for people living with dementia, and their carers, in Suffolk.
Decaf is an informal drop-in where everyone is welcome and offer you the chance to talk to others in an informal and relaxed setting. Staff are available to provide advice, support and signposting (giving ideas on where to go for help).
Cakes, hot drinks and lunches are available.
We are open every Monday (except Bank Holidays) from 11am to 3pm.

A Special Monthly Musical Film Screening for People Living with Dementia and their Carers.
This takes place once a month at the Quay Theatre and is bookable through their Box Office on 01787 374745
- Free Entry
- Dementia Friendly: The lights are kept on low and the volume is kept lower than usual film screenings. Staff are aware of the need of a ‘safe’ and quiet place within the theatre if needed by anyone.
- All Screenings are at 2pm
A mini bus will be operating within Sudbury, Cornard and surrounding villages to collect anyone living with dementia or who suffers from limited or restricted mobility. There is a flat return fare of £4 to be paid to the driver please. Anyone wishing to have transport must ring the GoStart Office on 01787 242216. Spaces are limited, so please book early.
