Out and About group takes places usually on a Wednesday or Saturday and is a chance for people with learning disabilities or common mental health problems to get out and about in their community. They do all sorts: bowling, pub quizzes, theatre, meals – its great fun!

Open House meets from 10am to 12pm every Monday (except Banak Holidays) and is for people facing long-term and life-threatening illnesses, their loved ones, carers or those coping with bereavement.
It’s a chance to get advice, information, and support from others facing similar situations, in a relaxed environment .
A relaxed ‘drop in’ group for anyone to attend. Everyone is welcome and there’s no charge. Come along and enjoy the lovely homemade refreshments!
